This Privacy Policy describes how Velvet Reel (the "app"), released by foxintergr.com, processes information. It is applicable to the Android version of the app.
Information we collect
Velvet Reel neither gathers, retains nor transmits personal data to foxintergr.com or any server under our control.
The app does not require user accounts and contains no analytics or third‑party crash reporting tools.
Advertising and tracking
The app does not employ the Android Advertising ID (AD_ID). It includes no advertising SDKs and no external tracking mechanisms.
We do not sell, exchange, or otherwise share personal data.
Device permissions
Permissions are requested only when a specific feature requires them, and any information involved is processed locally on your device.

Data stored on your device
All data saved by the app remains on your device, never leaves it, and is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data in Android Settings.
Third-party services
The app does not embed third‑party services. Google Play and Android are governed by their own privacy policies.
Children's privacy
The app is not aimed at children under 13 years of age (COPPA) and does not intentionally collect data from minors. In jurisdictions where the digital consent age exceeds 13, that higher age applies. Parents may contact sophieendric@gmail.com with any inquiries.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Under the CCPA/CPRA you may request to know and delete personal information and to opt out of its sale. We do not sell or share personal information.
Because no data is collected, erasing it simply requires uninstalling the app. We respond to email requests within a reasonable timeframe, not exceeding 30 days.
Data retention
We retain no user data. If you email us, we use your message solely to provide a response.
Security
Your information stays on your device and is protected by Android’s security mechanisms. No system is completely secure, so we keep the app minimal and avoid collecting unnecessary data.
Changes to this policy
If this policy is updated, the revised version will be posted on this page and the "Last updated" date will be amended.
